Fear is the No. 1 Source of Regret!

As I often say when you’re in your rocking chair what will you be reflecting back on? Is it all the times you stayed back at work put in the hours to earn more money, become more successful, gain more prestige, or will it be like my friend’s Dad who recently turned 100, the memories of all the beautiful moments captured in life?
You will make the occasional wrong decision in life, you may have been taught to “be careful” but do you let your fear over making a potential mistake rule your life or do you place 100% trust in yourself that YOU can handle it?
How different would the next 7 days look if you replaced the “what ifs” to “I can handle it”, if you replaced the word fear with excitement. Picture what would happen if you didn’t?
Fear is and will always be a part of our lives. Learn to dance with it and control it. Or alternatively allow it to control you… the worst thing that can happen to you is allowing yourself to die inside while you’re still alive. Change Is Inevitable — Embrace It!
