I met Linda at a women’s networking group where she gave a short presentation about core beliefs and got us to do an exercise.
There was something about her energy and approach, for about the following 2 months I kept thinking, “I really must contact Linda.” Finally I did, and I’m so glad I made that decision.
Our first session was a real eye-opener. It helped me step back and see where I was and that I’d actually got a bit stuck – and I hadn’t really even realised it. It also made me recognise that my coping mechanisms when things went wrong (like dissolving at a technical hitch) weren’t particularly effective and that there were better ways to handle things.
Linda set me small, manageable tasks to achieve each week and they really got me unstuck, got me to make progress in the direction I wanted to. And it was great to go back to her each week and gauge the improvement.
And most importantly we always had such a laugh in the process. Part of me thought that coaching might be a bit of a drag (that was before we’d started) but it soon became a highlight of my week! Linda has a great energy. I felt very comfortable with her, even when I became emotional (I fought it, it happened anyway and with Linda it was totally fine).
Before our first session together I considered myself a strong, independent woman. But the sessions uncovered that there was an undercurrent of fear running the show. Working with Linda gave me insights into all of this. Contacting Linda set me onto a road of better self-understanding. Our work together lay the foundations for continual, gradual and gentle but effective self-development.
I would recommend Linda to anyone who might be stuck and needs a helping hand, anyone who wants clarity around their goals and how to achieve them, or anyone who is feeling a bit lost about who they are or where their path is leading them.
Linda, you’re a legend. Thank you for sharing your gifts.
